Terms and Conditions

* Travel fee start from $50 + GST 

* Early start fee applies for any start time earlier than 6am at $100 + GST and earlier than 5am at $180 + GST (per artist)

* All parking fee will be responsible by the client 

* Minimum booking value is $1000 on weekends, $350 on weekdays (Travel fee, parking, trial, second hairstyle, GST is not included in minimum booking value required)

* Bridal trials are only available during weekdays at my Wollstonecraft location

* Additional artist(s) fee of $200 + GST per artist applies for large bookings and/or due to timing, parking, travel fee and early fee applies for all artists individually

* To secure your booking, 50% non-refundable/non-transferable deposit is required. This can be done via bank transfer which I will provide when deposit is ready to be made. The final balance is due at least 7 days before the booked date or in cash on the booked date

* In case of a cancellation, the 50% deposit will be taken as a cancellation fee

* In case of change of booking date, normal cancellation terms and conditions apply. New date will require another 50% deposit to secure the date

* No refund of deposit for cancelled number of services/clients will be provided. Change of bookings that require additional service will be accommodated where possible but is subject to prior payment of additional service fee

* The number of agreed services can not be reduced, if anyone pulls out of the booking, you will need to find a replacement. Otherwise, the service fee of that person still applies to the total payable

* We have the right to refuse or limit the service to anyone displaying Covid-19 or other infections or ask them to leave in order to ensure the well being of Nichole Lee Makeup and the artists that is working as part of Nichole Lee Makeup. We appreciate your understanding
